I'm Back! MP3 party!

Excuse the bit of a hiatus, my dear (three?four?) readers. Been too busy emailing bloggers about my bands to do any blogging of my own. Back today with a big 'ol batch of MP3s to make up for it.

This is the Canadian electro-pop group's collaboration with producer Felix Bloxsom, who produces, remixes and DJs under the Plastic Plates moniker (check out his amazing stuff here - PLASTiC PLATES)."The Right Woman" appears on Proud to be Woman Vol. 3, a compilation put together by Diane von Furstenberg in celebration of International Women's Day.

JD Samson & MEN are self-releasing a series of EPs this year on their own Men Make Music label. This is the title track from the first EP, Next, which was released February 21, 2012.

Saw these guys (somewhat accidentally) last year at Hopscotch Fest and was blown away. They've been popping up a lot since then and just released Whistle Tips today.

A cheerful spring time track. Makes me smile. Sophomore record, Candy Salad, out May 15 on Frenchkiss.

A similarly cheerful track from Kishi Bashi, who is currently touring with Of Montreal but saw the release of his solo record, 151a, today.

Love. This. Record.
